Purpose and Scope

This ethics policy guides Black Pride Network's engagement with sponsors and ensures that partnerships align with our mission, values, and ethical standards. This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, and representatives involved in the sponsorship process.

Mission Alignment

Black Pride Network will only engage with sponsors whose values and missions align with ours. Sponsors must commit to ethical business practices, social responsibility, and community well-being.

Non-Discrimination and Inclusivity

Black Pride Network will not accept sponsorships from organizations that engage in discriminatory practices based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We prioritize sponsors that embrace diversity and inclusion.

Social and Environmental Responsibility

Sponsors must adhere to ethical business practices, prioritizing environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Black Pride Network seeks partnerships with sponsors that contribute positively to communities and minimize their ecological impact.

Transparency and Disclosure

All financial arrangements and agreements with sponsors must be transparent and disclosed appropriately to stakeholders. Black Pride Network will maintain openness about the nature and extent of any sponsorship relationship.

Conflicts of Interest

Any potential conflicts of interest between a sponsor and Black Pride Network must be disclosed and managed appropriately. Sponsorship decisions will be made in the organization's best interest and mission.

Responsible Marketing Practices

Sponsors must adhere to responsible marketing practices and avoid misleading or deceptive advertising. Black Pride Network will not endorse or support any sponsor engaged in practices harmful to public health or well-being.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Black Pride Network and its sponsors must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, both locally and internationally. This includes but is not limited to labor laws, anti-corruption laws, and other applicable statutes.

Evaluation and Review

Black Pride Network will periodically assess and review its sponsor relationships to ensure ongoing adherence to ethical standards. If any concerns arise, the organization will take appropriate action, including reevaluation or termination of the sponsorship.

Communication and Education

Black Pride Network will actively communicate its commitment to ethical sponsorships and provide staff, volunteers, and sponsors training and education about its ethical guidelines.
